FOUNDER

Kirsty began her career in England at the age of 15 and has been in the industry for over 17 years. Kirsty worked in one of Perths leading hair salons as a head colourist whilst studying and completing her L’Oreal Colour Degree. She continued to display an unrivalled passion and creative flare in the industry which in turn gave her the drive to open Bella May in 2013 and continues to excel and progress not resting on her laurels.

Troy is the salons forward thinker and innovator, favouring change improvement and reform to both the salon and hairdressing industry alike. This includes mentoring our “Going Green” policy whilst balancing profitability with ethical leadership for a sustainable future for the industry.

COLOUR TECHNICIAN

Kelly began her hairdressing venture at Bella May in 2023. On completion of her first 2 years, Kelly has become our most accomplished apprentice to date excelling far past our expectations and obtaining skills beyond her years. Kelly is creative, driven, ambitious and is always willing to go that extra mile to please the client and obtain perfection.
